Reviews and Ratings
I had a decent stay at Lotte Hotel Busan. The location was fantastic, with easy access to public transport and nearby attractions. however, I was disappointed by the cleaning standards in my room. While the staff were friendly and helpful, I found the dining options quite overpriced for what they offered.
My stay at Lotte Hotel Busan was enjoyable overall. The location was incredibly convenient, being next to the metro and major shopping areas. However, I did find some aspects of my room design a bit annoying, particularly the layout of the lighting system. Staff service was commendable, always helpful and polite, which added to my positive experience.
I had a mixed experience at Lotte Hotel Busan. While the location was great and my room had a fantastic view of the city, the service left a lot to be desired. The staff in the executive lounge were helpful, but other staff members were often unfriendly or unhelpful. Overall, it felt more like a standard hotel than a luxurious stay.
My stay at the Lotte Hotel Busan had its highs and lows. While the room was clean and spacious, I faced significant issues with the service and communication. I felt largely ignored during my interactions, especially with staff predominantly speaking Korean, which made my experience frustrating. However, the hotel's amenities and breakfast selection were commendable.
I had a pleasant stay at Lotte Hotel Busan, characterized by really good service and a prime location. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, though they did show some signs of aging. However, the friendly staff truly enhanced my experience, making my time there nice. Overall, it was a great choice, but there were some minor inconveniences that could be improved.
